This platform is made available exclusively to investment professionals, wealth advisors, and sophisticated investors. By accessing Prism, you confirm that you are one of the following: a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) or authorized user of an RIA firm, a wealth advisor, an asset manager, a sophisticated self-directed investor, or a sophisticated investor accessing the platform for research purposes only. You confirm that you are using Prism as a research and screening tool and that all investment decisions remain solely your responsibility. This platform is not intended for use by retail investors seeking personal financial guidance.

Financial data, analyst ratings, price targets, earnings estimates, and other market information displayed on this platform are sourced from third-party market data providers including Finnhub, Polygon.io, Twelve Data, and Yahoo Finance. Options chain data, IV rank, put/call ratios, max pain, and unusual activity indicators are derived from publicly available options market data via unofficial data feeds. Shore Cloud Tech makes no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Options analytics are approximations intended for research screening only and should not be used as the sole basis for any trading decision. Past performance of any security, index, or financial instrument is not indicative of future results.
New accounts include a 15-day free trial. No charges are incurred during the trial period. Billing begins on day 16 at the applicable plan rate. You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Acceptance of these terms and commencement of a free trial does not constitute a waiver of any rights or obligations set forth in the Terms of Service. Shore Cloud Tech reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Shore Cloud Tech shall not be liable for any investment decisions, trading losses, missed opportunities, or other damages arising from your use of this platform or reliance on any content displayed herein. You acknowledge that Shore Cloud Tech's role is limited to providing software infrastructure, and that all investment decisions are made solely by you or your clients. This limitation of liability is subject to, and does not supersede, the terms of the Terms of Service agreed to upon account creation.
